Laugh and people laugh with you! Laughter is like medicine, it does the body good. Everyone should just laugh more. Laughter is the secret to a happy life. Finding the joy, the positive, and the good in every situation.
What makes you happy? Does that happiness stay with you a long time or just a short while? Happiness based on happenings is part of life, but if that is all we can count on to make us happy we will have to keep finding more things to do. Also, please make sure your happiness doesn't make someone else sad. Please don't laugh at or make fun of others. If we love everyone this won't happen. It's OK to laugh at yourself, don't take yourself too seriously.
If you have Jesus in your heart you will always have joy because you know that no matter what happens, God offers hope and joy. God doesn't promise temporary happiness, but the promise of lasting joy. This kind of joy stays with us despite our problems. God wants us to laugh and have fun.
Look to God's word and promise to find His joy for us. Also, gather with your Christian friends. The other day I was sad, needing an attitude adjustment. I met with my Christian friends and I was immediately lifted up out of sadness. Talking about our blessings, praises, and serving others made me smile and feel God's joy.
There are two things you should never hold back: Sneezes and Laughter-Be Happy!
