Dick and Jan Sipe relocated to Spring Hill Kansas after serving in full time ministry for over 40 years. After 17 years as Senior Pastor in Marshalltown, Iowa, Dick has served as transitional pastor in 6 congregations with small group ministry being a key component of the new vision for each church. Jan has led small groups, designed the curriculum and taught Bible classes.

God led them to become part of the FBC Olathe family. Just prior to the COVID quarantine they were asked to develop a small group ministry entitled "Engage Groups". Implementation has been delayed. Our church family looks forward to making disciples by engaging God through His word, engaging with each other and serving the world as soon as we can safely meet together.
